The Safety Cabinet 6.5 is a state-of-the-art lab fume hood designed with safety, durability and ease of use as top priorities. With its six-inch (152mm) thick fire-resistant acrylic splash guard panel and two sets of built-in exhaust fans, this hood provides superior chemical exposure protection while efficiently exhausting hazardous vapors at a rate of 100 cubic feet per minute (cfm). Its spacious design boasts ample countertop space to accommodate various experiments alongside chemical storage shelves and two lockable accessory drawers for additional safety. A versatile asset to research institutions and educational facilities, the Safety Cabinet 6.5 offers unparalleled protection and functionality for various lab fume hood applications.
Fabricated from 9.5mm (3/8") clear acrylic for all-around visibility of stored contents, this box stores radioactive materials such as P-32, S-35, and C-14. A hinged lid with a hasp is provided for locking. The entire unit may be secured by utilizing a locking 1/4" cable (not included) through the anti-theft connectors which are securely attached to the box.
