CRC® SmartWasher® bioremediating parts washing system features a SW-23 mobile washer, conveniently packaged with high-performing, heavy-duty SW4 OZZY JUICE® water-based cleaning/degreasing solution and FL-4 OZZYMAT multilayer filter to remove oil, grease, and other contaminants from parts.
The process is designed to help avoid the need to replace cleaning solution, reducing downtime. The SW-23 parts and brake washer has a 300-gph recirculating pump to cycle heated OZZY JUICE through the nozzle and flow-through brush for cleaning, then through the filter mat. OZZY® microbes in the mat convert soils to nonhazardous carbon dioxide and water.
