Miles Hytex ISO 46 Anti-Wear Hydraulic Fluid is a high performance, anti-wear hydraulic oil designed for use in a wide range of high-pressure hydraulic systems found on industrial machinery, ships, woodlands and mining operations, and other mobile equipment. The exclusive blend of exceptionally pure Hydro Treated base oils (Hydrocracking), and specially selected additives delivers outstanding, long term resistance to breakdown caused by air and high temperatures for improved protection from wear, rust, and corrosion. This outstanding oxidation and thermal stability helps extend fluid life, and increase the time between oil changes, for reduced operating and maintenance costs. May be used to lubricate anti-friction bearings and gears found in circulation, splash, bath and ring-oiled systems, and can be used in systems equipped with fine filters without loss of additives or filter plugging
