Featuring innovative System2™ sealing technology, this Hayward Flow Control® electronic actuated ball valve design allows the upstream seat to float against the ball which causes a backup secondary seal between the upstream seat and the ball, and increases the sealing load on the downstream seat This design helps insure long cycle life and performance compared to conventional PTFE seats or seats with O-ring backing where uneven seat wear can result in early failure. Model features a corrosion-resistant glass filled polypropylene housing, auto switching voltage, and an LED status indicator. Valve has an anti-condensation heater and allows manual override.
