Instruments measure liquids containing a minimum of 100 ppm of suspended solids or gas bubbles, larger than 35 microns, in wastewater, dredging, paper stock, and mining slurry applications. Can be installed in minutes on full pipes and active systems with no need to break into the pipe. A 2-line, 8-character LCD displays the rate and accumulated flow values in selectable units. Have no moving parts. A synchronization feature allows up to 4 flowmeters to be interconnected, up to 100 ft. apart.
