These insulated adjustable torque bit screwdrivers have an insulated handle and shaft to protect against electrical shock from live electrical circuits and are suitable for use near electrical components when tightening and loosening screws. The insulated handle also allows for a more secure grip when turning compared to a noninsulated handle. Adjustable insulated torque screwdrivers can accept tool bits so they can torque a variety of screwhead types and sizes. The handle is turned to rotate the fastener and the screwdriver makes a "click" sound when the desired torque has been reached.
