The Verbatim PowerBay Quad NAS system offers high performance with fast Gigabit Ethernet connections that centralize storage over a network. The PowerBay Quad NAS offers all of the advantages of the PowerBay family, plus unique features that further enhance data protection and security. In addition to RAID modes 0, 1+spare, 5 and 5+spare, the Quad NAS supports RAID 6 mode for even higher data security. RAID 6 technology allows data to be recovered even when a drive fails during the rebuilding process.
