Self-Bailer 28 x 3 1/2 In. MPN:9935

Typically connected by a bulkhead fitting, this UltraTech Standard Ultra-Self Bailer® passively filters hydrocarbons from storm water collected in outdoor containment products. The rainwater drains through the bulkhead fitting and the filter media inside the unit removes any residual oil, gas, or other hydrocarbons. This helps allow only clean water to exit. In the event of a spill, the media swells, completely sealing off the self bailer, to help prevent any liquid from escaping. Larger or concentrated spills activate the auto-shutoff mechanism. In addition, a manual shutoff valve can be used to secure all draining operations or to change out the filter cartridge.
