The rugged, weatherproof, battery-powered TimePilot Extreme Blue time and attendance system collects clock-in and clock-out data right at the work site. When it’s time for payroll, the data downloads via Bluetooth wireless technology onto your iPhone or Android smartphone. The free TimePilot app calculates your employees’ or subcontractors’ work hours so you can cut checks for them right on site, with no computer required. The TimePilot can save you from your own math mistakes, and is even designed to handle overtime and rounding. The weatherproof clock has an impact-resistant ABS case—the same kind of tough plastic found in baseball batting helmets. A steel mounting plate and padlock keep the clock secure. Each employee receives a key-sized device called an iButton and taps it to the clock to clock in or out. The system comes with 10 iButtons and can handle as many as 2,000 employees—just add iButtons (Grainger item No. 36FN06).
