The G-Glass 45 is a versatile glass fiber material with excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, modulus of elongation, and thermal shock resistance. Its primary application is in high-temperature applications where other materials like metals may fail - making it ideal for use in furnaces, Kilns, Ceramic and glass industry. G-Glass 45 can withstand temperatures up to 1300 degrees Celsius without any degradation of its properties which makes it perfect for high-temperature service applications.
These elements are direct replacements for worn or damaged Gemini heating elements in Tempco linear radiant process heaters. They consist of metal coils housed in a twin-bore quartz tube that radiate heat when supplied with electricity. They heat up quickly and do not have a back coating, so they provide 360° heat. These elements are used to warm, dry, or cure materials and objects.
