Overhead door stop/holder engages when the door is pushed to a specified degree, and remains engaged until pulled closed. The door is stopped or held at 85° to 110°. Positive stop prevents the door from hitting other doors, door hardware, frames, walls, and people. Can be surface-mounted on the door's push side.
