This heat pump reversing valve comes with brass body construction and measures at a size of 1/2 connection x 7/8 o.d length suitable for both inlet and outlet connections. The ball valve design allows easy operation to control the flow direction between heating or cooling mode - useful in HVAC & Refrigeration systems when switching from cooling during hot summer months to heat pump system during winters with just one click, preventing energy wastage caused by continuous switching of valves. With its durable design made of brass material, this product is suitable for numerous industries where HVAC&R relies upon reversible heating/cooling solutions -such as commercial buildings & residential homes, shopping malls or chiller plants etc..
This Ranco® heat pump reversing valve can provide heating and cooling from the heat pump system by reversing the flow direction of the refrigerant. This solenoid-operated valve is a slide type design with a 4-way pilot valve and it operates under the full pressure of the heat pump system. Solenoid coils are not included, sold separately.
