The geared design ensures that both leafs operate identically to help reduce the effort required to open heavy commercial and industrial doors. Full-length channel cap seals the common gap between the door and frame; provides excellent pry resistance for improved security, and helps keep fingers from being caught and pinched in the gap. A tamper-resistant easy-to-clean hospital tip provides further security for use in hospital psych wards and other areas with stringent security requirements. Mounts with no special door or frame preps. Can be cut to length.
