Model has machined seats in both body and cap that align and lock the heavy gauge reinforced screen in place to help prevent sediment bypass. The machined seats allow alignment and accurate reseating after servicing the strainer. Model has an open area ratio that’s greater than the pipe size to help ensure low pressure drop. A self-cleaning feature allows you to easily clean out the strainer.
