H6015 Bore Polisher 5/8 to 1 in Dia 180 Grit
This Alloy Steel Round Tube with its strong and durable construction made of 4130 chrome alloy steel allows it to handle heavy loads while maintaining its structural integrity hence well suited for uses that require strength under pressure. Featuring an external diameter of 1.125 inches making it ideal for applications demanding moderate exterior diameters, and its internally threaded design enables screws or rods to be securely inserted within the tube's hollow center providing a convenient mounting option for pipes or other equipment to be attached, thus serving as reliable solution when weight capacity or stability is crucial.
Use the self-centering MERIT Alo resin bond bore polisher to apply equal pressure to full wall of interior diameter. Spring-action design provides fast cleaning, debarring, and polishing of interior diameter of cylinders, deep tubes, and hydraulic fittings. Flaps adjust automatically to interior diameter, polishing the entire surface area with each pass. Equal spacing between packs of abrasive flaps help eliminate heat buildup. The B-305 series allows you to finish a range of interior diameter sizes without changing polisher.
