Helps remove chlorine, lead, odors and cysts to leave water tasting and looking great. Filters out 97% of chlorine, at least 95.9% of lead and 99% of cryptosporidium and giardia cysts. Water filter should be changed approximately every 6 months depending on usage. Tested and certified by NSF International to comply with NSF 42 and 53 standards, rated at 1250 gallons.
