Designed for classroom use, this lightweight hood features a powder-coated aluminum frame with tempered safety glass front sash, sides, rear baffle, and top. It is built to easily accommodate a variety of apparatuses. The Clean-Sweep™ air foil allows air to sweep the work surface for maximum containment. 2 utility ports with iris openings allow connection of tubing, cords, and cables. An ergonomic angled sash helps to reduce glare. Flexible exhaust enables the hood to be connected to ductwork for exhausting to the outside or to the optional FilterMate™ Portable Exhauster (available separately) for filtered removal of fumes and/or particulates.
