K-Flex® pipe insulation tape is for use in sealing joints and seams in FSK faced mechanical insulation systems. It’s coated with a cold weather solvent acrylic adhesive that’s protected by an easy-to-release silicone paper. Tape has a 3-layer backing of foil, a tri-directional reinforcing scrim, and kraft paper for added durability and strength. It’s suitable for interior/exterior use and can be installed on most dry, clean surfaces that are free of oil, grease, dirt, and other contaminants.
