GoVets Knowledge Base

GoVets may require customers to provide additional information to authorize a transaction.  We evaluate all orders individually and based on order amounts, differences between billing and shipping, customer account information, or fraud score for the order, we will ask the customer to either authorize the transaction or provide additional information to verify their information.  When a credit card authorization is required, we will ask the customer to fill out our standard credit card authorization form and email or fax it back to our GoVets support team.
