When does GoVets Charge my Credit Card?

GoVets only charges customers credit cards when an order ships or within 6 days of the purchase date. When you make your purchase on GoVets, we will ensure that your credit card's available credit is able to support your purchase by authorizing those funds on your credit card. Once the item ships out, you will receive an Email notification regarding the shipment along with the tracking information.

We have implemented this capability based on significant feedback from our user community. We appreciate our customer's feedback and are always making changes to our solution to reflect this feedback to provide the best possible experience to our customers.
