It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. If not, you may be responsible for shipping charges up to the cost of the item to return it, so a refund can be processed by our fulfillment team. If the item is lost in transit due to an invalid shipping address, the customer will be responsible for all losses incurred on this order.
If you have submitted an order to an invalid address, please contact us immediately to determine if we can help intercept the order from being processed or shipped. Unfortunately, in many cases, after an order has been submitted, it is already picked up by our fulfillment team and the item is shipped out.
