Once you earn GoVets dollars, you may use them immediately after they have been earned in your account. If you must cancel your order, the earned GoVets Dollars will be removed from your account. However, if your order needed to be canceled due to an extended backorder timeline, or because it was damaged in shipment (or similar), we may allow you to keep a portion of the earned GoVets Dollars, based on the discretion of the GoVets Customer Support Manager and the circumstances of your particular order and overall account status.
