There are times when our suppliers cannot fulfill orders on GoVets or that customers prefer to cancel and order for various reasons. In these cases, the status of the Order will be changed to Cancelled (Refunded). When this occurs, it means that the seller has initiated a refund with their payment processor to return the funds back to the customer. This process typically takes between 24-48 business hours (1-2 business days).
