The Extech® by FLIR compact digital insulation tester packs a wide measurement range (up to 1000V) with autoranging insulation resistance to 5.5GO into its 6" x 4" x 2.8", 1-1/2 lb. housing. It's a great choice for field testing motors, transducers, and industrial appliances. This all-around troubleshooter features polarization index, dielectric absorption ratio, 10MO internal resistance test, 30V to 600V AC voltage, low resistance (with zero function), and a continuity beeper. It has a large backlit 2000-count dual display, high voltage and overload indication, and auto-discharge and voltage output warning functions.
