These clean-processed cleanroom hoods protect workers from hazardous powders, non-hazardous dry particulates, and non-hazardous liquid splash. Powders are fine dry substances and are smaller in size than dry particulates. Dry particulates are larger in size than aerosols and include dust and dirt. Liquid splash is non-pressurized when it comes into contact with the garment. Clean-processed garments minimize particulate shedding and have been individually packaged in a cleanroom. Cleanroom hoods cover the head, neck, and shoulders to prevent hair and skin cells from contaminating the environment. The face is left open so masks, eyewear, and other equipment can be added.
