Featuring rotationally molded polyethylene construction, these rugged, versatile doors are built to withstand the daily rigors of refrigerated applications, forklift traffic, and more. Easy to open, they allow for safe passage of personnel and damage-free equipment. The leading and back edges of the doors are internally reinforced with tubular steel to strengthen the door panels. The corrosion-resistant panels have no gaps or joint seams, making them ideal for washdown applications. The gasketing is factory-applied without the use of metal strips or fasteners, making it easy to replace in the field. Providing noise control and excellent insulation with an R factor of 10.83, the foamed-in-place, CFC-free urethane core does not break down when impacted. The windows are recessed from the face of the doors to protect their surface from abrasion from passing loads. The double-acting V-Cam hinging system operates smoothly and is virtually maintenance-free with its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly.
