Solid carbide laydown threading insert Laydown Threading Insert: 1/2IC EXT RH N60 P30 has a diameter of 1/2-28 threads per inch and is suitable for use on CNC or lathe machines to create right-hand internal threading. Made from grade N60 which delivers excellent wear and heat resistance, the insert comes with three (P30) positive stops for convenient adjustments during operation. Laydown Threading Inserts reduce downtime between changing inserts resulting in more productivity on milling or turning applications by allowing the tool holder to be used for multiple jobs quickly without having to switch holders reducing set-up time.
