Featuring a PVC body and polypropylene disc for high chemical resistance, this ASAHI butterfly valve has a non-wetted 316 stainless steel shaft for long life. The spherical disc design helps provide increased Cv, maximum sealing, and a high cycle life. Molded body stops and a seat stress relief area help prevent seat overtightening. Valve is self gasketing, no additional gasket is required.
