This 3/8" Drive Metric Impact Socket utilizes a ball-and-spring design, which provides a 30° working angle with smooth, 360° rotation. The TorquePlus™ drive 6-point configuration helps provide quick and easy socket engagement to the fastener flats, rather than the corners. It helps to distribute contact stresses over a large area of the socket, minimizing slippage. The internal design minimizes fastener rounding and allows the user to more easily turn worn, rounded, or rusted fasteners.
