Phase Sequence/Motor Rotation Tester MPN:PRM-6

An essential tool to verify proper connections and installation of 3-phase motors and systems, the Amprobe® PRM-6 can test motor rotation and phase sequencing with traditional test leads or wirelessly, to help prevent damage to the motor and the equipment it powers.
This phase sequence and motor rotation tester can safely, easily, and reliably help you check both power sources and motors, and identify faulty 3-phase wiring with incorrectly wired receptacles or de-energized phases. Motor rotation direction can be tested on both synchronous and asynchronous motors.
With test leads, the PRM-6 can test motor rotation and verify 3-phase receptacle wiring and phase sequencing. With wireless detection, it can sense motor rotation direction on fast-running motors and when the drive shaft is not visible. For disconnected motors, it indicates motor rotation when you spin the shaft by hand or other method.
The bright backlit LCD has easy-to-read symbols for left/CCW or right/CW motor rotation, L1/L2/L3 inputs, and error display for missing phase and input connected to neutral or excess voltage difference between phases.
The durable rubber casing and CAT IV 600V safety rating are well-suited for testing on electrical systems up to 700V in commercial and industrial settings.
The handy carrying case keeps the tester together with necessary leads, probes, and alligator clips.
