Double Sided VHB Foam Tape is an innovative adhesive tape that combines the benefits of acrylic, rubber, and foam materials, providing strong holding power yet allowing for repositioning within seconds while eliminating any residue upon removal. Its versatility and ease-of-use make it suitable for various applications such as automotive, construction or electronics where permanent bonding solutions are needed in a snap without damage to sensitive surfaces. This high-quality product offers a thickness of 1/8 (3mm) with a white adhesive and protective release liner designed to accommodate both indoor or outdoor tasks while providing excellent performance at an economical price for its users.
Use 3M™ VHB™ double-coated foam tape rolls for prepowder-coat paint applications and attaching vinyl trim, bonding vinyl extrusions and prepainted truck and trailer skins. Adhesive foam tape using VHB Material offers a permanent seal against water, moisture, and salt. Strong enough to replace spot welds, screws, rivets, and liquid adhesives with long-term durability, indoors and out. This general-purpose acrylic adhesive bonds well to metal substrates.
