3M™ Scotch-Weld™ hot melt applicator PG II LT with magazine feed is a low-temperature, high-volume hot melt adhesive applicator that delivers up to 6 lb. of adhesive per hour. Rear magazine feed carries up to 12 adhesive sticks to keep up with high-demand production processes that require speedy application. Electric heat melts the adhesive, and air pressure delivers it. Adhesive temperature is automatically maintained by a fixed thermostat on the heat block. A thermal cutout (TCO) acts as a fuse, giving you a steady, consistent flow. Adhesive flow rates will vary with the 3M™ adhesive (sold separately) and nozzle tip you choose. This applicator includes a stand to hold the application in proper standby or hands-free position, and 9921 (0.093") and 9946 (0.072") brass extension tips. Ideal for many applications, including: woodworking, furniture, automotive, point-of-purpose display, and audio components.
