Manufactured from high-quality polyolefin material ensures excellent insulating properties resistant to temperature fluctuations as low as -75C (-90F) while exhibiting resistance to abrasion, chemicals and moisture; it is suitable for direct sunlight exposure too. With an outer diameter of 1.38in when expanded, it simplifies installation onto wires before shrinking using heat tool eliminating need for tapes, wraps or sleeves, hence preferred by electricians, contractors or hobbyists where quick and durable wire bundles are needed on the field without adding unnecessary bulk.
