Made from high-speed steel grade 6H, M10x1.5 Plug RH 6H Bright High Speed Steel 3-Flute Straight Flute Machine Tap offers strength, durability and wear resistance to withstand cutting forces produced while creating threads in a variety of materials such as steels, stainless steel, or cast iron; promoting precision at the taps entrance reducing chipping defects that result in substandard thread finishes. Furthermore, it has a 3 flute design which allows for faster removal of chip during use, furthermore facilitating ease-of-use when dismantling tools once work has been done making it applicable for various industries whose activities require consistent tapping operations as their day-to-day operations.
To help reduce waste, the 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Abrasive Sheet Rolls feature continuous lengths of A-weight paper that can easily be cut to size and customized for blocks, file shoes or pads. The adhesive-backed sheet may be pressed onto the hand file or block with ease, without fold-over, and be removed just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next sheet. Its aluminum-oxide mineral provides a fast cut and a long abrasive life to help save time and money. In addition, the anti-loading coating helps prevent dust and debris from clogging the cutting surface to help increase productivity and reduce material consumption. It works with collision repair substrates including clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer, and plastic. Recommended applications for the A-weight paper and its range of medium-coarse to fine grits include featheredging, sanding putties, or primer sanding. May be used with the 3M Stikit Double Sheet Roll Dispenser (sold separately).
