Wesco® gator grip® ergonomic drum lift truck gator grip® drum handlers provide an effective solution for lifting transporting and placing drums on pallets and spill platforms. Handler easily lifts and transports most 30 55 and 85 gallon steel poly or fiber drums. Spring-loaded clamp holds any 3/16" or higher drum rim and works with most drums with locking rings. Exclusive auto-grip lock will not drop a drum even over rough terrain and operator does not need to touch drum to operate. 5" x 2" phenolic swivel casters for easy mobility and includes a floor lock for stationary positioning. Powered lift & drive drum handler includes a high-torque drive motor that provides effortless forward/reverse movement. Ergonomic handle controls variable speed with left or right hand and offers an auto-reverse safety belly button switch. 180° hinged handle design allow precise steering in confined spaces. Maintenance-free 12v battery provides power for propulsion/lift and includes battery charger voltmeter and keyed on/off switch. Travel speed is 120 ft./min. Note lifts the base of a 55 gal drum 36" from the floor.
