Scale (accurate to 0.01 at rated capacity) is powered by standard c-cell batteries and includes an rs-232 port for sending data to a serial device. High-torque 24v dc drive and lift motors handle heavy-duty jobs and deep cycle batteries that offer an average of 6-7 hours of operation at full charge (8 hours operation when used intermittently). Ergonomic handle features easy to operate throttle with infinite forward and reverse speeds lift/lower controls horn and safety-reverse button. Drive motor controller prevents unsafe starts after the safety-reverse button has been inadvertently struck. Double reinforced welded forks with adjustable tie-rods provide years of service. Electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man feature activates when user releases handle. Integral battery charger and battery level gauge are included. Rolls smoothly on polyurethane steer and load wheels. 4500 lb. Capacity model has 1.2 kw drive and 2.0 kw lift motors 3-3/8" lowered and 8" raised height.
