The bearings are designed to handle temperatures from -40⁰F to 284⁰F. The motor seal, switch, and wiring connections have a moisture-resistant rubber gasket. Available as a single or three-speed model, each shutter exhaust fan comes fully assembled and connected to a 9’ (2.7m) power cord (120V) which means an electrician is not needed for installation
