The start international zcm1000ns electronic tape dispenser for double-sided vhb tapes and similar tapes automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. A special non-stick advancement roller handles double-sided vhb and other high-tack tapes. The preset lengths of 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm) can be overridden for a custom cut and then returned to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. This dispenser has an estimated blade life is 200000 cuts depending upon the type of tape material.
