Our avp series heat sealers were designed for heavy duty applications. The most evident feature of the avp units are the lack of visible controls. Form follows function providing an expansive work surface to hold product ready to be sealed. External compressor required (6cfm100psi side mounted heat and cool timers fitted to a powder coated steel chassis regulate seal parameters that are critical to obtaining airtight and watertight seals. A one-tap steel encased footswitch provides hands free operation. Like the avn avs and cav units the avp units will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw completely meet ensuring operator safety and uncompromised seal integrity. The pressure bar is powder coated aluminum. An optional work tray (only up to 35" units) is available to makes it easier to position the bag between the seal jaws improving overall control.
