The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC - IEC Magnetic Contactor is intended for use in motor control and resistive load applications. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40-60°C, potentially extendable up to 70°C with derating. The device has a coil voltage of 24V AC and features screw clamp terminals for both the control circuit and power circuit connections. This preassembled unit comes with a reversing power busbar and includes protective cover.
Key Features:
- Auxiliary Contact Form: The contactor has mechanically linked 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts conforming to IEC standards.
- Ambient Air Temperature: Designed to function within a specified temperature range of -40-60°C, potentially extendable up to 70°C with appropriate adjustments.
- Associated Fuse Rating: Compatible with various fuse ratings including 10 A gG for signalling circuit and up to 63 A gG at <=690 V coordination type one for power circuits.
- Coil Voltage: Operates on a coil voltage of 24V AC.
- Connections – Terminals: Comes equipped with screw clamp terminals suitable for different types of wires (flexible/solid) without cable end or flexible cables with cable ends.
- Electrical Durability: Has been tested for electrical durability under specific conditions (25 A, AC-3, Less than 440 V), achieving results of up to 1.65 Mcycles
- Fire Resistance: Tested under controlled conditions for resistance against high temperatures reaching as much as 850 °C per IEC standards
- Full Load Currents: Rated for operation at full load currents including Inductive -25A & Resistive –40A
- Mounting Support Options: Can be mounted on either rail or plate structures as per requirement.
