Elevate your equipment's performance with Ruland's Keyed Clamp Bellows Coupling, designed for high-torque applications in semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing industries. This lightweight, low-inertia coupling features a stainless steel bellows and anodized aluminum hubs, providing a balanced design for reduced vibration at speeds up to 10,000 RPM. The four-convolution bellows design offers higher torque and torsional stiffness, accommodating all types of misalignment. With metric hardware testing beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards, this coupling is ideal for responsive systems where precision and reliability are crucial. Its compact size and high-performance capabilities make it an excellent choice for demanding applications.
Top product features:
High torque zero-backlash coupling
Lightweight low inertia coupling
Keyways for increased torque capacity and anti-slip functionality
Ruland standard length bellows couplings are a high torque zero-backlash coupling commonly found in responsive systems on semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. This keyed clamp type bellows coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows creating a lightweight low inertia coupling. The addition of keyways allows for increased torque capacity and prevents the coupling from slipping on the shaft when over torqued. It has 20mm x 0.500" bores, 6mm x 1/8" keyways, 1.625" (41.3mm) OD, and 2.000" (50.8mm) length. This coupling has a four convolution bellows for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities than equivalent couplings with more convolutions. The bellows are able to flex while remaining rigid under torsional loads allowing for all types of misalignment to be accommodated. This bellows coupling has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
