Maximize responsiveness and precision in your high-performance systems with Ruland's Keyed Clamp Bellows Couplings. Engineered for demanding applications in semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment, these lightweight, low-inertia couplings deliver high torque and zero-backlash performance. The anodized aluminum hubs and stainless steel bellows ensure a rigid yet flexible design that accommodates all types of misalignment. With a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds, these couplings are ideal for applications requiring precision and reliability, including CNC machines, precision motor drives, and other responsive systems. Achieve increased efficiency and accuracy with Ruland's Keyed Clamp Bellows Couplings.
Ruland standard length bellows couplings are a high torque zero-backlash coupling commonly found in responsive systems on semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. This keyed clamp type bellows coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows creating a lightweight low inertia coupling. The addition of keyways allows for increased torque capacity and prevents the coupling from slipping on the shaft when over torqued. It has 12mm x 12mm bores, 4mm x 4mm keyways, 33.3mm OD, and 42.9mm length. This coupling has a four convolution bellows for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities than equivalent couplings with more convolutions. The bellows are able to flex while remaining rigid under torsional loads allowing for all types of misalignment to be accommodated. This bellows coupling has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
