Elevate your equipment's performance with Ruland's Clamp Bellows Cplg, a high-torque zero-backlash coupling designed for responsive systems in industries such as semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing. This lightweight, low-inertia coupling features anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows, allowing for flexible misalignment compensation and reduced vibration at high speeds up to 10,000 RPM. Ideal for applications requiring high torque and torsional stiffness, this coupling's balanced design and metric hardware ensure reliable operation in demanding environments. With a short lead time and no minimum order quantity, this coupling is perfect for applications requiring precision and reliability.
Top product features:
High torque zero-backlash coupling
Four convolution bellows design for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities
Balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds
Ruland standard length bellows couplings are a high torque zero-backlash coupling commonly found in responsive systems on semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. This clamp type bellows coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows creating a lightweight low inertia coupling. It has 1.000" x 0.625" bores, 2.250" OD, and 3.200" length. This coupling has a four convolution bellows for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities than equivalent couplings with more convolutions. The bellows are able to flex while remaining rigid under torsional loads allowing for all types of misalignment to be accommodated. This bellows coupling has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
