This Ruland supplied slit coupling is zero-backlash and has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds up to 24,000 RPM. The coupling is made from a single piece of aluminum and has two sets of slit cuts allowing for low inertia, no maintenance, and high torsional stiffness when compared to beam couplings.
