This high-torque, zero-backlash bellows coupling is designed for responsive systems in demanding industries such as semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. The clamp-type coupling features two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows, providing a lightweight, low-inertia solution for applications requiring high torsional stiffness and flexibility. With a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds, this coupling accommodates all types of misalignment and is suitable for applications up to 10,000 RPM. Ideal for industries requiring precision and reliability, this coupling is a reliable choice for applications where performance and durability are critical.
Top product features:
High torque zero-backlash capability
Zero-backlash design accommodates all types of misalignment
Four convolution bellows design provides higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities
Ruland standard length bellows couplings are a high torque zero-backlash coupling commonly found in responsive systems on semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. This clamp type bellows coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows creating a lightweight low inertia coupling. It has 30mm x 20mm bores, 57.2mm OD, and 81.3mm length. This coupling has a four convolution bellows for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities than equivalent couplings with more convolutions. The bellows are able to flex while remaining rigid under torsional loads allowing for all types of misalignment to be accommodated. This bellows coupling has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
