This high-performance Clamp Bellows Coupling is ideal for responsive systems in semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. Its lightweight and low inertia design enables smooth operation at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM, reducing vibration and improving overall system performance. The coupling's five-convolution bellows design provides superior torque and torsional stiffness capabilities, making it suitable for applications requiring precise alignment and minimal backlash. Its balanced design and compliance with RoHS and REACH standards ensure a reliable and environmentally friendly solution for demanding industrial applications.
Top product features:
High torque zero-backlash coupling for responsive systems
Five convolution bellows design for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities
Balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM
Ruland standard length bellows couplings are a high torque zero-backlash coupling commonly found in responsive systems on semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. This clamp type bellows coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows creating a lightweight low inertia coupling. It has 0.250" x 4mm bores, 0.750" (19.1mm) OD, and 1.188" (30.2mm) length. This coupling has a five convolution bellows for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities than equivalent couplings with more convolutions. The bellows are able to flex while remaining rigid under torsional loads allowing for all types of misalignment to be accommodated. This bellows coupling has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
