This Ruland clamp style shaft collar is a precision-engineered component ideal for use in light duty applications requiring corrosion resistance. Its unique design features a 11mm bore, 28mm OD, and 11mm width, with tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity for load bearing, mechanical stops, and component alignment. The collar's acetal plastic construction provides a fine burr-free finish, while its hardware meets DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. Suitable for applications in robotics, automation, and machinery, this shaft collar ensures accurate positioning and secure component mounting, making it an essential component in various industries.
Top product features:
Does not mar the shaft
Infinitely adjustable
Superior holding power compared to set screw collars
Ruland clamp style shaft collars do not mar the shaft, are infinitely adjustable, and have superior holding power when compared to set screw collars. This one-piece shaft collar has a 11mm bore, 28mm OD, and 11mm width. Tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity is maintained (TIR of < 0.05mm) which is critical when the collar is used as a load bearing face, mechanical stop, or for component alignment. The work surface is identified by two grooves on the face allowing the user to easily identify which side is precision faced. This collar is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. It is manufactured from acetal plastic to a fine burr-free finish for use in light duty applications where corrosion resistance is required. Hardware tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
