Meet the Ruland Clamp Bellows Cplg, a high-performance coupling designed for responsive systems in demanding industries. This zero-backlash coupling features a lightweight, low-inertia design with a stainless steel bellows and anodized aluminum hubs, making it ideal for semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. With a four-convolution bellows and balanced design, it provides higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities, accommodating all types of misalignment and reducing vibration at high speeds up to 10,000 RPM. Suitable for applications requiring precise control and reliability, this coupling is a game-changer for industries seeking improved performance and efficiency.
Top product features:
Zero-backlash design for responsive systems
Lightweight and low inertia due to anodized aluminum hubs and stainless steel bellows
Four convolution bellows design for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities
Ruland standard length bellows couplings are a high torque zero-backlash coupling commonly found in responsive systems on semiconductor, solar, test and measurement, and printing equipment. This clamp type bellows coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows creating a lightweight low inertia coupling. It has 1.250" x 0.625" bores, 2.250" OD, and 3.200" length. This coupling has a four convolution bellows for higher torque and torsional stiffness capabilities than equivalent couplings with more convolutions. The bellows are able to flex while remaining rigid under torsional loads allowing for all types of misalignment to be accommodated. This bellows coupling has a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds of up to 10,000 RPM. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
