This Ruland shaft collar is a precision-engineered component for light-duty applications where corrosion resistance is required. Its two-piece design allows for in-place installation or servicing, making it ideal for use in manufacturing, assembly, and testing environments. The collar's infinitely adjustable nature and superior holding power enable precise component alignment and load bearing capabilities. Its fine burr-free finish and tightly controlled face-to-bore perpendicularity ensure accurate and reliable performance. Suitable for use as a mechanical stop, load bearing face, or in applications where precision is critical, this shaft collar is a reliable and versatile solution for a variety of industries and applications.
Top product features:
Shaft Collar does not mar the shaft.
Shaft Collar is infinitely adjustable.
Shaft Collar has superior holding power when compared to set screw collars.
Ruland clamp style shaft collars do not mar the shaft, are infinitely adjustable, and have superior holding power when compared to set screw collars. This two-piece shaft collar has a 19mm bore, 40mm OD, and 15mm width. Tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity is maintained (TIR of < 0.05mm) which is critical when the collar is used as a load bearing face, mechanical stop, or for component alignment. The work surface is identified by one groove on the face allowing the user to easily identify which side is precision faced. The two-piece design allows this collar to be installed or serviced in-place without the need to remove adjacent components. Halves are mated throughout the manufacturing process for precise fit and increased holding power. This collar is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. It is manufactured from acetal plastic to a fine burr-free finish for use in light duty applications where corrosion resistance is required. Hardware tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
