The Ruland CPRS35-12-A Controlflex coupling is a lightweight, low inertia, and zero-backlash solution ideal for encoders, tachometers, resolvers, and light duty power transmission applications. Its clamp style single insert design offers high customization options and allows for mating with other hubs and inserts. With a compact design and balanced construction, it can accommodate speeds of up to 10000 RPM and fit in smaller envelopes. The coupling is RoHS and REACH compliant and manufactured in Germany. Its unique design offers higher misalignment capabilities than double insert styles, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring precision and reliability.
Top product features:
Lightweight and low inertia design
Zero-backlash coupling
Allows for higher misalignment capabilities due to single insert design
Ruland supplied Controlflex couplings are a lightweight, low inertia, and zero-backlash coupling designed for use in encoders, tachometers, resolvers, and light duty power transmission applications. This clamp style single insert type hub requires the user to mate it with one other hub and one acetal insert. The multiple piece construction allows for a highly customizable coupling that easily combines clamp hubs with inch, metric, keyed, and keyless bores. This hub has a 0.750" bore, 2.205" OD, and 0.591" length. The use of one insert allows for higher misalignment capabilities than double insert styles. It is compact and can fit in smaller envelopes than equivalent single beam or double insert Controlflex styles. It has a balanced design and can accommodate speeds of up to 10000 RPM. This Controlflex hub is RoHS and REACH compliant and manufactured by Schmidt Kupplung in Germany.
